Description:
Nathaniel has thin wispy hair that is brushed over to his right side. The shade of the hair is a mossy pale lime green color. It’s a bit messy and long. He is slightly above average in stature, standing at 5’ 11”, with average bone structure. He tends to slouch though (from all the time he spends sitting in front of a computer.) His skin is a pale olive tinted tone, and it is lightly muscled. His eyes are a topaz that can vary in its resemblance to yellow depending on the lighting.
He wears all black usually, and hates buttons. Therefore his clothes are zippered. They have long yellow strips running down them, he wears a dark black thermal underneath for warmth, and a tight shirt made of leather like material. He wears black gloves also made of leather like material. Two bands of cloth extend from his shoulders in the back, for no particular reason, just because they look snazzy.



Likes and Dislikes:
likes:
thrills: He gets this from being in Haz.
animals—particularly hamsters and horses: He used to ride horses when he was young and hamsters are just so cute.
authentic Indian food: He loves how strong the flavors are, not muddled with other tastes.
programming, computers, technology: Mainly because these are associated with his work.
astrology: He doesn't look at the stars so much, but thinks the different myths surrounding them are interesting.
friends: Though these are scarce, he doesn't like to be lonely, and wants to talk.
sweets: Who doesn't like sweets. Seriously.
insects: He's inspired by the fact they are so small but contribute so much to the world.
reading autobiographies: He likes to understand the truth about people, not biased perspectives from other people.

dislikes:
“fake people”, “pretenders”: Largely due to his past.
caramel anything: Just doesn't suit his tastes.
holidays: A waste of time he believes.
receiving presents: Doesn't know how to react when receiving them. It would be fake to say how much you like it if you don't or return a present to someone you don't like, but he doesn't want to seem rude.
fast food: Finds it oily and gross.
singing: Only because he is awful at it and embarrassed by it.
physical combat, fighting: He's a pacifist somewhat.

Personality:

Held back- Nathaniel is usually protective and cautious of what he says when he first meets someone; it is not because he’s shy, but simply it’s he’s a bit paranoid of developing relationships with people. He won't talk with you unless you share things in common. He won't make 'little conversations' just to pass the time.

To the point and honest- When he speaks, he doesn’t use any unnecessary grammar like “uhhh” or “oh my gosh.” He’s really blunt and to the point, he will tell you what he thinks about you, including the good and the bad.

polite- Though sometimes he can be rude, when he is blunt, when it comes to mannerisms, they are pristine. He is very respectful in his body language and gestures. In how he eats and goes about his actions. One again, traits that have been developed from years of scrutiny under the parental eyes.

Not one to judge- He is not one to judge. He wants the full truth before he can develop and opinion on you. And if he deems you friend material for him, he is sure to really open up and become friendly with you.

Explicitly descriptive- Sometimes he gets a little too far and begins to tell you about all the “thrilling” bad things he’s done if he selects you as a friend (especially those related to sex and drugs). After speding a majority of his life studying law he decided to try a lot of bad' stuff and decided he really liked it. His honestly and bluntness also contributes to this trait.

Pacifist- He’s also strictly against fighting—he’s basically a pacifist. Fighting occurs within the organization though, it’s a part of It. The reason he is in hazardous even though it basically advocates violence is he believes strongly, even more than in pacifism, is getting a thrill, and fighting/war/battles is the only thing that can give him the rush—as he’s under pressure to respond.

Needy- He wants people to look up to him and acknowledge him; he does well with solitude but not loneliness. It's a habit developed from his younger years. He received so much praise from people when he was successful in law and expects to receive the same approval in his current life.

productive: He always wants to be doing some, you can rarely see him just relaxing. (Unless he is on drugs or something) It's largely part due to his work ethics he developed when he attended law school and was under a rigorous schedule. It's to a point where he becomes anxious if he is idling.

Overall he’s a pretty content and intelligent guy who hides a crazy interior and extremely paranoid of 'fakeness' and 'lies'

Backstory:
Nate’s father was a lawyer, and all Nate’s life he grew with only one intention, to become a lawyer. He studied endlessly and shadowed his father, hoping one day to become as great as him. This went through all the way until he hit his second year of college. He was attending law school, and well on his way to a successful career when he hit a case like none he had ever hit. He had to fight for a criminal, who he knew was guilty, but because it was his job he had to defend him. Usually he had served for the victim or believed the person he was fighting for was innocent. This man to him though, was blatantly a criminal. He did as he was told though. Nate won, but was felt with a sense of unease afterwards. He felt so fake and sold out, and promptly quit law school. His parents were naturally angry and tried to persuade him to go back. His father revealed how much he had put on Nate to be a successful attorney. His words of encouragement for Nate to attend law school were not because of his love or pride in his son, but because he could earn a great deal of money if Nate succeeded. Though it may have started out as good intentions, for Nate to become a legendary and successful attorney, once the success came, so did the offers. His father had agreed to a deal with a law agency-- where Nate would be the lawyer for them. Nate experienced serious trust issues afterwards; he felt he could no trust anyone because they were all liars. They were all thieves. They were all like him when he stood there, spinning eloquent words that let a murderer run free.
Nate left the family, and didn’t know where to go—his whole life had been spent with law. It was with great luck that Hazardous approached him before he completely disintegrated into full paranoia and roaming the streets alone. His new life was determined just like that He was the perfect application for Rutherfordium.

Weapon:
He prefers not to fight, when absolutely necessary he likes to use guns—that way he can at least stand a chance of winning. Any will do, if he can operate it, he’s fine with is.

Powers:
Here are his pretty useless powers (omg there is nothing to Rf REALLYYY ; o ; ]
1. Rf in solid form is very dense and a hard metal, similarly he can become very heavy which could be good when fighting in close combat and hand on hand.
2. Rf is radioactive, yep, he can help you develop cancer. What a great cause he is doing to the world.

Miscellaneous:
-His house would be most likely all monochrome colors he is not very creative, it’d be like an asylum.
-He took horse riding lessons when he was younger.
-The reason he doesn’t like presents is because he doesn’t want to have to be ‘fake’ and return one, because he could not like that person. He’s overly scared of ‘fakeness.’
-If you have had plastic surgery he automatically hates you. (Ok I said he doesn’t judge usually at the start, but that doesn't apply to this because fakeness>everything)
-Tried a lot of ‘bad’ stuff when he first joined Hazardous, had a lot of fun with it though. It’s toned down now because it’s not so thrilling anymore and he doesn’t have time for it….but you can hit him up and he’ll join in. /shot
-Learned how to do all that snazzy computer stuff fairly quickly. He’s a quick learner.
-Is of German descent.
-Has a "lamb" tattoo to remind him of his struggles and weaknesses, because he never wants to turn out like his father. It ciompares him to the lion and the lamb. The strength and weakeness.
-His teal flash drive is his fave. He always uses that one. He'd probably cry if he lost it.
